Scope of Work

Selected Training Partners will be responsible for:

1. Mobilization of eligible SC/ST/EWS (Women) candidates.
2. Candidate counselling and registration support.
3. Delivery of NSQF-aligned training.
4. Maintaining biometric attendance.
5. Providing qualified trainers and required infrastructure.
6. Maintaining student records and documentation.
7. Supporting online examinations conducted by NIELIT.
8. Placement assistance through industry linkage.
9. Submission of invoices and project documentation.
10. Compliance with NIELIT and MeitY project guidelines.
11. Providing CCTV footage/photographs whenever required.
12. Supporting project monitoring and impact assessment.

2. Certified Computer Application Accounting & Publishing Assistant
3. Certified Data Entry & Office Assistant (Upskilling)
4. Full Stack Development Associate

6. Internet of Things (IoT) Assistant
7. Internet of Things (IoT) Associate
8. Essentials of AI (Upskilling)
9. Assistant Computer Technician
10. Essentials of Cloud Computing & Virtualization

Approximately 485 training seats are proposed across these courses.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible applicants include:

1. NIELIT Accredited Centres
2. NIELIT NSQF Training Partners
3. NIELIT ESDM Training Partners
4. DLC Facilitation Centres
5. Polytechnic Colleges
6. Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs)
7. Schools
8. Government Skill Agencies
9. Other approved training institutes

Institutions not already affiliated with NIELIT for the respective NSQF courses must obtain NSQF affiliation before implementation.

Technical Qualification Criteria

Training institutes should possess:

1. NSQF-compliant infrastructure
2. Qualified faculty
3. Required hardware and software
4. Internet connectivity
5. Biometric attendance facility
6. Safe drinking water
7. Separate washrooms
8. Printer & Scanner
9. Waiting area
10. Parking facility
11. Training records management system
12. Experience in skill development or IT/Electronics training

Selection Criteria

Training Partners will be shortlisted based on:

Financial Criteria

The EOI does not prescribe:

1. Minimum Annual Turnover
2. Net Worth
3. Solvency Requirement
4. Profit & Loss criteria

Instead, emphasis is placed on institutional capability, infrastructure, training experience, and placement performance.

Payment Terms

Training Partners will receive:

1. 75% of the approved course fee per certified candidate
2. Remaining 25% retained as NIELIT Regional Centre share

Payments will be released after:

1. Training completion
2. Candidate certification
3. Submission of invoice
4. Verification of biometric attendance
5. Submission of supporting documents

Tender Fee & EMD

The EOI document does not specify:
