Eligibility Criteria
The bidder should:
- Be a legally registered entity in India.
- Have experience in providing similar consultancy services.
- Have completed similar assignments for Government/PSUs.
- Meet prescribed turnover requirements.
- Deploy qualified experts as per RFP.
- Submit all required statutory documents.
- Participate through GeM Portal only.
- Consortiums are not permitted.
- Sub-contracting is not allowed without approval.
