Scope of Work

The selected Training Partner will be responsible for:

1. Mobilization of eligible candidates.
2. Training 180 candidates.
3. Conducting classroom and practical skill training.
4. Providing uniforms, study materials, notebooks and stationery.
5. Distribution of Entrepreneurship Kits.
6. Batch creation and enrolment.
7. Assessment through Sector Skill Councils.
8. Certification of successful candidates.
9. Placement and livelihood support.
10. MIS reporting through ASDM.
11. Project implementation as per DMFT and ASDM guidelines.

Training will be conducted in the following job roles:

Total Candidates: 180

Objectives of the Project

The programme aims to:

1. Enhance employability of unemployed youth.
2. Develop industry-ready skilled manpower.
3. Promote entrepreneurship.
4. Improve socio-economic conditions in mining-affected communities.
5. Generate sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested Training Partners should meet the following requirements:

1. Government ITI OR ITI operating under PPP mode under DECT OR Government School/College located in Margherita or Digboi Co-District.
2. Empanelled Training Partner under ASDM / PMKVY.
3. Minimum 3 years presence in Assam.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in conducting Skill Development Training.
5. Valid PAN.
6. Must not be blacklisted by any Government Department.
7. No record of poor project performance.
8. Not under investigation by Government agencies.
9. No conviction by any Court of Law.

Financial Criteria

The GeM Bid specifies:

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (last 3 years): ₹100 Lakhs
2. Similar Service Experience: Minimum 3 Years
3. Past Similar Experience: Mandatory

No separate Net Worth requirement has been specified in the tender documents.

Project Cost

Payment Terms

Payments will be released in three instalments:

1. 30% after issue of Work Order for mobilization and procurement of candidate kits.
2. 40% after enrolment of candidates.
3. 30% after assessment, certification and successful completion.
