Scope of Work

The selected training partner will be responsible for:

1. Conducting job-oriented skill development training for women.
2. Delivering training strictly as per National Sector Skill Council guidelines.
3. Providing qualified trainers and necessary training infrastructure.
4. Mobilization and training of beneficiaries.
5. Following curriculum prescribed under respective Sector Skill Councils.
6. Conducting training considering local resources and employment opportunities.
7. Completing the programme within the stipulated timeline.
8. Supporting employment-oriented outcomes wherever applicable.

Training Programme Details

1. Diploma in Cosmetology

1. Beneficiaries: 35 Women
2. Age Group: 18–50 Years
3. Duration: 870 Hours
4. Sector: Beauty & Wellness
5. Sub-sector: Beauty & Wellness Salons
6. Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

1. Beneficiaries: 20 Women
2. Age Group: 18–50 Years
3. Duration: 900 Hours
4. Sector: Healthcare
5. Sub-sector: Allied Health & Paramedics
6. Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies should:

1. Be Government accredited.
2. Have experience in conducting skill development training programmes.
3. Follow National Sector Skill Council norms.
4. Submit a detailed technical proposal.
5. Provide supporting documents demonstrating previous experience and capability.
6. Submit the proposal within the prescribed deadline.

Qualification Criteria

The EOI specifies that agencies should:

1. Be recognized/accredited by Government.
2. Possess capability to deliver skill development programmes.
3. Demonstrate previous experience through documentary evidence.
4. Have trained manpower and infrastructure for successful execution.

No additional technical qualification requirements are specifically mentioned in the EOI.

Financial Criteria

The EOI does not prescribe any specific financial eligibility such as:

1. Minimum Annual Turnover
2. Net Worth
3. Solvency
4. Profitability

Important Dates

Selection Process

The submitted EOIs will be:

1. Opened in the presence of available bidders.
2. Evaluated by the Project Monitoring Committee.
3. Recommended to the Block Panchayat Committee.
4. Final award decision will be taken by the Block Panchayat Committee.

The decision of the Panchayat shall be final.

Payment Terms

Payment will be released after successful completion of the training programme and will be made strictly as per Government norms.
