Tender Overview

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the complete GNM admission examination process, including:

1. Online candidate registration, scheduling and admit card generation.
2. Preparation of examination content as per Delhi Nursing Council syllabus.
3. Manual frisking of candidates.
4. Biometric registration with photograph and thumb impression.
5. Conducting Computer Based Test (CBT).
6. CCTV surveillance during examinations.
7. Preparation of final score and category-wise merit list.
8. Handling legal matters, complaints and RTI related to examination.
9. Completion of the examination process within the prescribed schedule.
10. Establishment of examination centres within Delhi.
11. Maintaining confidentiality, transparency and examination integrity.
12. Submission of answer sheets and examination records.
13. Supporting examination process whenever required by the institution.
14. Completion of admission-related activities within 15 days after completion of work.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible agencies should satisfy the following requirements:

1. Valid GST Registration.
2. Valid PAN.
3. Registered Firm/Company.
4. Income Tax Return of the previous three financial years.
5. Self-declaration confirming that the firm is not blacklisted.
6. Previous experience of conducting entrance examinations for Government organizations/institutions.
7. Minimum five years of relevant experience.
8. Acceptance of all tender terms and conditions.
9. Pending dues relating to SDNH tender purchases, if any, must be cleared before participation.

Technical Qualification Criteria

The bidder should have:

1. Experience in conducting Computer Based Entrance Examinations.
2. Capability for biometric registration.
3. Online application management system.
4. Merit list preparation.
5. CCTV monitoring arrangement.
6. Examination process management.
7. Legal and RTI handling capability.
8. Experience with Government examination projects.

Financial Criteria

The tender documents specify the following financial requirements:

1. Estimated Tender Value: ₹3,00,000
2. EMD: ₹30,000
3. Tender Fee: ₹500 + 18% GST = ₹590
4. Income Tax Returns: Last three years mandatory.
