Pre-Qualification Criteria
Scope of Work
The successful bidder shall be responsible for:
- Conducting a Residential Training Programme
- Providing a service provider-owned training venue
- Conducting full-day classroom-based training
- Providing residential accommodation and boarding facilities
- Arranging lunch, dinner, one high tea and residential facilities
- Managing training activities for approximately 30 participants
- Delivering training for recruitment preparation for Army, Police and Security Forces
- Completing the assignment within the one-month contract period.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
- Registered organization eligible to provide training services.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar services.
- Past experience in conducting similar training programmes is mandatory.
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover of ₹7 Lakhs during the last three financial years.
- MSE and Startup relaxation available as per GeM provisions.
- Technical and financial qualifications as prescribed in the bid document.
Financial Criteria
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹7 Lakhs
- Estimated Bid Value: ₹3,65,000 (Inclusive of Taxes)
- Bid Validity: 90 Days
- Payment: Within 10 days after acceptance of service delivery and submission of bills.
