Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

1. Conducting offline Safety & Emergency Response Training.
2. Delivering Basic Defence Judo Karate training.
3. Conducting training at the Buyer's premises.
4. Issuing certification to successful participants.
5. Executing the contract for 6 months.
6. Daily training duration of 1 hour.
7. No boarding or lodging facility is required.
8. No specific training partner type has been prescribed.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders should satisfy the following:

1. Must have experience in similar Safety & Emergency Response Training Services.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in similar assignments.
3. Similar service experience is mandatory.
4. Startup relaxation on experience and turnover is available as per GeM provisions.
5. MSE relaxation on turnover and experience is not applicable for this bid.

Submission Guidelines

1. Submission through Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
2. Bid Type: Two Packet Bid.
3. Evaluation Method: Total Value Wise Evaluation.
4. Bid Validity: 180 Days.
5. Technical clarification period: 2 Days.
6. Minimum 3 bids required to avoid automatic extension.
7. Auto extension: 3 days (maximum one time).
