Scope of Work

The selected training agency shall be responsible for:

1. Conducting offline vocational training at the buyer's premises.
2. Providing qualified trainers.
3. Supplying complete training content and study material.
4. Providing induction kits and training stationery (where applicable).
5. Arranging classroom infrastructure and required equipment.
6. Providing drinking water, sanitation and training facilities.
7. Providing boarding/lodging wherever applicable.
8. Offering post-training support.
9. Conducting certification/examination support after successful completion.
10. Ensuring batch management and trainee attendance.
11. Complying with all GeM service conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should:

1. Have experience in providing similar vocational training services.
2. Possess minimum 2 years' experience.
3. Have successfully executed similar assignments for Central Government, State Government or PSUs.
4. Upload supporting work orders or completion certificates.
5. Submit all documents requested in the bid.
6. Meet technical specifications mentioned in the GeM bid document.

Qualification Criteria

The bidder should have completed any one of the following:

1. Three similar completed works costing at least 40% of the estimated value each, or
2. Two similar completed works costing at least 50% each, or
3. One similar completed work costing at least 80% of the estimated value.

Submission Guidelines

1. Submit bids only through the GeM Portal.
2. Two-packet bidding system.
3. Upload all mandatory supporting documents.
4. Submit financial price breakup.
5. Technical clarifications may be sought within 2 days.
6. All certificates should remain valid on the date of bid submission.
7. Ensure compliance with GeM GTC, STC and Buyer ATC.
