The selected agency shall provide qualified manpower including:

1. Computer Operators
2. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
3. Deployment of manpower at the Office of Chief Architect, Chandigarh
4. Compliance with CPWD contract conditions
5. Compliance with Labour Laws, GST, EPFO, ESIC and other statutory regulations
6. Timely deployment and management of manpower throughout the contract period
