Scope of Work

The successful bidder will undertake:

1. Comprehensive Fire Safety Audit of the NII Campus.
2. Inspection of all buildings and fire protection systems.
3. Assessment of fire prevention measures.
4. Evaluation of emergency response preparedness.
5. Compliance verification with applicable fire safety regulations.
6. Submission of a detailed audit report with recommendations for corrective actions.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bidder must satisfy the following conditions:

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in conducting Fire Safety Audits.
2. Experience should be with:
   1. Central Government Departments
   2. State Government Departments
   3. PSUs
   4. Autonomous Bodies
3. Successfully completed any one of the following during the last seven financial years:
   1. One similar work of ₹2.83 lakh or above, OR
   2. Two similar works of ₹1.77 lakh each, OR
   3. Three similar works of ₹1.42 lakh each.
4. Office/Service Centre with competent personnel in Delhi/NCR.
5. No subletting or subcontracting permitted.
6. Mandatory site visit before bid submission.
7. GST Registration.
8. RTGS/Bank Account details.
9. Non-blacklisting declaration.
10. Supporting completion certificates must be enclosed.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders include:

1. Professional Fire Safety Audit Agencies
2. Engineering Consultancy Firms
3. Fire Safety Consultants
4. Agencies experienced in Government Fire Safety Audits

The bidder should never have been blacklisted by any Government Department, PSU, University or Autonomous Body.

Financial Criteria

The bidder must submit:

1. CA Certified Turnover Certificate
2. Balance Sheet
3. Profit & Loss Statement
4. Income Tax Returns (FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)
