Scope of Work

The successful bidder will provide offline SSB Coaching for NCC Cadets aspiring for induction into the Armed Forces.

The coaching programme includes:

1. Screening Tests
2. Psychology Tests
3. Group Discussions
4. Group Tasks
5. Obstacle Training
6. Final Interview Preparation
7. Personality Development
8. Leadership Development
9. Decision Making Skills

The institution should also possess adequate infrastructure including:

1. Academic Training Facilities
2. Group Task Area
3. Obstacle Training Ground
4. Single Campus Arrangement

The coaching centre should preferably be located in Jaipur or Sikar (Rajasthan).

Faculty Requirements

The bidder should provide qualified faculty including:

1. Interview Officer
2. GTO (Group Testing Officer)
3. Psychologist
4. Additional faculty if required

Relevant credentials, appointments and experience of faculty members are expected to be furnished.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder should satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

1. Experience in similar Professional Training Services.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar assignments.
3. Documentary proof of experience.
4. Turnover documents.
5. Certificates as required under Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC).

MSME and DPIIT Startups receive partial relaxation in experience requirements subject to submission of supporting documents.

Financial Eligibility

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover:
   1. ₹2 Lakhs during the last three financial years.
2. Documentary proof through:
   1. Audited Balance Sheets, or
   2. Chartered Accountant Certificate.

Interested bidders should submit their bids online through the GeM Portal with:

1. Technical Bid
2. Financial Bid
3. Experience Certificates
4. Turnover Documents
5. Certificates requested in ATC
6. Supporting documents for MSME/Startup exemption (if applicable)

The Financial Bid should not contain technical information and vice versa.
