The selected bidder shall be responsible for:

1. Residential coaching for JEE & NEET aspirants.
2. Accommodation and hostel management.
3. Nutritious food and dining facilities.
4. Printed study material, books and stationery.
5. Science laboratories and computer laboratory facilities.
6. Qualified JEE/NEET faculty.
7. Academic monitoring and mentoring.
8. Transportation support wherever applicable.
9. Library facilities.
10. Safety, CCTV and healthcare arrangements.
11. Internet-enabled learning environment.
12. Complete academic and residential management for 100 students for two academic years.

Technical Qualification Criteria

Eligible bidders should satisfy the following requirements:

1. Educational Institution / Government / Private Coaching Institute.
2. Institution located within approximately 25 km of Zilla Parishad Nashik Headquarters.
3. Institution must not be blacklisted.
4. Governing body resolution approving participation.
5. Availability of smart classrooms, LED projectors and digital teaching infrastructure.
6. Capacity to accommodate and train 100 residential students.
7. Hostel facilities for boys and girls.
8. Safe campus with CCTV, security and fire safety.
9. Medical support arrangements.
10. GST Registration.
11. Submission of GST returns for previous three years.
12. Laboratory facilities.
13. Computer laboratory with internet.
14. Library facilities.
15. Availability of experienced JEE/NEET faculty.
16. Preference based on previous JEE/NEET/AIIMS selection performance.
17. Physical verification by committee before award.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder should:

1. Be legally registered.
2. Possess adequate infrastructure.
3. Have hostel and residential facilities.
4. Have classrooms, laboratories and library.
5. Possess trained academic staff.
6. Meet all technical evaluation requirements.
7. Upload all mandatory supporting documents online.
8. Successfully qualify technical evaluation before financial bid opening.

Financial Qualification

The financial proposal shall be evaluated using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology.

Evaluation Weightage:

1. Technical Score: 70%
2. Financial Score: 30%

Final selection will be based on the combined score.

Financial proposal must be submitted strictly in the prescribed BOQ without alteration.
