Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for providing:

1. Offline vocational training services
2. Advanced-level training programme
3. Third-party training location
4. Postsecondary vocational training
5. Hospitality sector training
6. Retail sub-category training
7. 8 hours of training per day
8. Weekday training schedule
9. Participation Certificate for trainees
10. Post-training support
11. Boarding and lodging facilities (where applicable)

The training partner should be a recognized training institute capable of delivering quality vocational education.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders should meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in providing similar vocational training services.
2. Experience should preferably be with Central Government, State Government, PSU, or equivalent organizations.
3. Documentary proof of previous work orders/contracts must be submitted.
4. Training institute should comply with GeM technical specifications.
5. Service provider must upload all required supporting documents.

MSME and DPIIT-recognized Startups are eligible for relaxation in experience requirements subject to applicable GeM rules.

Qualification Criteria

Eligible bidders should have:

1. Experience in vocational training delivery
2. Appropriate institutional capability
3. Technical expertise
4. Participation certificate issuance capability
5. Post-training support mechanism

Financial Criteria

The bid document specifies:
