The selected training partner shall:

1. Mobilize unemployed youth from project areas.
2. Conduct awareness campaigns and publicity.
3. Organize participant selection.
4. Deliver sewing and tailoring training.
5. Provide sewing machines and all practical equipment.
6. Supply study material and stationery.
7. Arrange trainers for every batch.
8. Provide lunch and refreshments.
9. Maintain attendance records.
10. Conduct assessments.
11. Issue certificates.
12. Submit photographs, reports, attendance and completion reports.
13. Ensure quality training and participant safety.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies should possess:

• Prior experience in vocational or skill development training.
• Similar experience in:
  • Sewing
  • Tailoring
  • Stitching
  • Entrepreneurship Development programmes.
• Experience completed during any continuous 365-day period within the last three years.
• Qualified trainers.
• Adequate infrastructure and training resources.
• Capability to complete the project within stipulated timelines.
