Scope of Work

ITI Limited intends to empanel experienced Skill Development and Training Organizations for implementation of the Employability and Proficiency Enhancement Programme (EPEP) 2026-27.

The selected System Integrator/Training Partner will be responsible for:

1. Mobilization of eligible candidates
2. Identification of suitable job roles
3. Conducting skill gap assessment
4. Training as per NCVET norms
5. Creation of batches in TMS
6. Trainer deployment
7. Attendance management
8. Assessment coordination
9. Certification support
10. Documentation and reporting
11. Monthly and final project reports
12. Outcome tracking
13. Invoice generation
14. Utilization Certificate submission

Training programmes include:

1. 12 Hours Basic Upskilling
2. 30 Hours Employability Training
3. 72/90/120 Hours Industry Aligned Skill Training

The selected Training Partner will initially be empanelled for one year, followed by execution of an MoU with the Board.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

Organizational Eligibility

1. Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013 or LLP Act
2. Minimum 3 years operational presence in India

Financial Eligibility

• Minimum Annual Turnover:
  • ₹12.5 Crore
  • From Skill Development/Training/Placement activities
  • During last three audited financial years
• Positive Net Worth as on 31 March 2025

Experience

The bidder must have:

1. Minimum 5 years experience
2. Successfully trained 8,000 workers during the last three years
3. Experience in Skill Development / Training / Placement projects

Quality Certification

• Valid ISO 9001 Certification
