Scope of Work

The selected training institute will be responsible for:

1. Conducting Offline AutoCAD 2D & 3D Training.
2. Delivering vocational skill development programmes through classroom sessions.
3. Providing qualified trainers and necessary learning resources.
4. Completing training within the contract period of three months.
5. Delivering services from an institute located within Delhi NCR.
6. Complying with all GeM and buyer-specific contractual requirements.

Additional tender conditions specify that:

1. The institute must be accredited by the CADD Society.
2. Training must be conducted completely offline.
3. The training centre should be located in Delhi NCR.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should satisfy the following requirements:

1. Experience in similar vocational training services.
2. Minimum five years of relevant experience.
3. Capability to deliver offline AutoCAD training.
4. Institute should be located within Delhi NCR.
5. Institute must possess CADD Society Accreditation.
6. Must comply with all GeM eligibility conditions.

MSEs and DPIIT-recognised Startups are eligible for relaxation in experience and turnover requirements subject to submission of valid supporting documents.

Technical Qualification Criteria

The bidder should demonstrate:

1. Proven experience in vocational training.
2. AutoCAD 2D & 3D training capability.
3. Qualified trainers.
4. Appropriate infrastructure.
5. Accreditation from CADD Society.
6. Offline classroom delivery capability.

Financial Criteria

The tender document specifies:
