Scope of Work

The selected agency shall provide food and refreshment services for meetings, workshops, seminars, and training programmes conducted by the Chief Medical Officer, Shimla under NHM.

Major responsibilities include:

1. Supply of hygienic breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments.
2. Food shall be prepared using fresh ingredients.
3. Timely delivery at designated venues.
4. Supply in clean and hygienic containers.
5. Catering services shall be provided on an "as and when required" basis.
6. Vendor should be capable of handling short notice requirements.
7. Billing shall comply with NHM norms (currently up to ₹250 per participant per day).
8. No kitchen facility shall be provided by the department.
9. Transportation, manpower, packing and logistics are the responsibility of the contractor.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must satisfy the following conditions:

1. Valid Registration Certificate (Firm/Company/MSME/Shop & Commercial Establishment/Companies Act/GST etc.)
2. Local office within Shimla district.
3. Valid PAN.
4. GST Registration.
5. Valid FSSAI License.
6. Income Tax Returns for the last three financial years.
7. Partnership Deed (if applicable).
8. Power of Attorney (where applicable).
9. Minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 lakh during the previous three financial years.
10. MSME/UDYAM registered bidders can claim applicable exemptions.

Financial Eligibility

1.  Minimum Average Annual Turnover:
   1. ₹10 Lakhs during previous three financial years.
2. Turnover certificate should be certified by a Chartered Accountant.
3. MSM E/UDYAM registered bidders are exempt from turnover submission requirement where applicable.
