Scope of Work

The selected training service provider will deliver an advanced online weekend programme on Generative AI and Agentic AI. The curriculum is structured for 32 weeks, with 96 live hours and approximately 3 hours per week as per the scope document. The course should be suitable for professional learners and should cover both conceptual foundations and applied implementation.

Programme Curriculum

Module 1: Foundations of GenAI & LLMs

This module covers AI and deep learning essentials, neural network foundations, transformer architecture, attention mechanisms, tokenisation, embeddings, positional encoding and working with foundation models such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA and Mistral.

Module 2: Advanced Prompting & RAG Systems

The module focuses on advanced prompt engineering, tool-calling, retrieval-aware prompts, safety prompts, failure handling, RAG fundamentals, chunking, retrieval architectures, vector databases, hybrid search, re-ranking and RAG evaluation.

Module 3: LLM Fine-Tuning & Alignment

This section includes fine-tuning fundamentals, deciding between prompting, RAG and fine-tuning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods such as LoRA and QLoRA, dataset preparation, training runs, evaluation and hands-on review.

Module 4: Multimodal & Agentic AI

The programme includes multimodal foundations, vision-language models, image generation, text-image understanding, agentic AI systems, planning, tool use, memory, orchestration and multi-agent workflow concepts.

Module 5: Deployment, Optimisation & AI Safety

The final module covers production-grade RAG and agent orchestration, model serving, API development, vLLM-style serving concepts, FastAPI, containerisation, monitoring, performance baselines, responsible and trusted GenAI, privacy, hallucination handling, cost control, internal governance and an industry capstone project.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should meet the minimum eligibility and technical requirements specified in the bid. The key pre-qualification criteria include:

  1. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 lakh during the last three years.
  2. The bidder should have at least 3 years of past experience in the same or similar services.
  3. Similar service experience is mandatory.
  4. MSE and DPIIT-recognised Startup bidders may claim partial relaxation in turnover and experience, subject to submission of valid supporting documents.
  5. The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership, similar proceedings or bankruptcy.
  6. The service provider must have an office located in the state of the consignee and must submit documentary evidence.
  7. The bidder must provide a dedicated or toll-free telephone number for service support.
  8. The bidder must provide an escalation matrix for service support.
  9. The bidder must submit all required documents on the GeM portal within the prescribed deadline.

Experience Criteria

The bidder must demonstrate successful execution or completion of similar services over the relevant period. The bid allows the following experience combinations:

Financial Criteria

The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 lakh for the last three years. Documentary proof such as certified audited balance sheets or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant should be uploaded with the bid.

For MSE and Startup bidders, partial relaxation is available as per the bid conditions, reducing the turnover requirement to ₹5 lakh and the experience requirement to 2 years, subject to valid supporting documents.
