Scope of Work
The scope covers the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of telecommunications equipment, along with associated works, for the Multi-Disciplinary Zonal Training Institute at Ujjain under Ratlam Division of Western Railway.
The work is telecom and ICT infrastructure oriented. It is not a pure software development tender and it is not a manpower outsourcing tender. It primarily involves system integration, telecom equipment supply, installation, commissioning and associated technical execution.
Pre-Qualification / Technical Eligibility Criteria
The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last seven years ending on the last day of the month previous to the tender invitation month. The bidder must meet any one of the following experience conditions:

Eligibility and Compliance Requirements
Bidders should review and submit compliance against all EOI clauses. Required documents and certificates must be attached with proper page references. Non-submission or incomplete documentation may lead to rejection.
Key requirements include:
- The bidder should be a registered company, partnership firm, proprietorship concern or eligible business entity.
- GST registration and PAN with IT returns are required.
- Audited financial statements for the last three financial years should be submitted.
- Net worth should be positive and certified by a Chartered Accountant.
- The bidder should provide proof of past experience in similar telecom/system integration works.
- Work orders, completion certificates or appreciation letters should be attached.
- The bidder should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government department or PSU in India.
- The bidder should sign the Pre-Integrity Pact.
- The bidder should have an office in Hyderabad.
- The bidder should have strategic partnership with OEMs to ensure timely supply of materials.
- OEM authorization letter and datasheets should be submitted.
- Sub-contracting or subletting of contracted works is not permitted.
- The selected bidder may be required to arrange proof of concept, technical demonstration or presentation as per end-customer requirements.
- The bidder should be ready to submit techno-commercial compliance and price bid within one day of intimation, wherever required.
- The selected bidder must work with ITI Limited on a back-to-back basis as per end-customer tender terms.
Submission Guidelines
The EOI must be submitted online through the ITI Limited eWizard portal. Bidders should complete registration on the portal, use a valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate with signing and encryption key, and upload digitally signed bid documents within the stipulated deadline.
The financial bid must be submitted only in the prescribed format under the financial tab / Cover 2. Offline bids are not accepted. The portal server time will be treated as the standard time for bid submission and opening. Bidders should monitor official portals for corrigendum, addendum or amendments before final submission.

Important Advisory for Bidders
