Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be responsible for complete repair, restoration, testing and commissioning of the Professional Large Format Display units covered under the bid. The scope includes labour, tools, test instruments, spare parts, logistics, technical expertise, documentation and all incidental services required to complete the work.
The service provider must carry out repair, replacement or restoration of defective components to make the PLFD fully operational. The scope specifically includes repair or replacement of LCD/LED display panels and any defective parts required for restoring the display system.
The service provider’s responsibility will remain comprehensive and unconditional until the repaired equipment is accepted by the purchaser.
Repair and Maintenance Requirements
The work includes:
- End-to-end repair and restoration of Professional Large Format Display units.
- Replacement or repair of defective LCD/LED display panels.
- Supply of required spare parts and consumables by the service provider.
- Testing and commissioning after repair.
- Documentation of work completed.
- Compliance with OEM service guidelines and applicable safety standards.
- Completion of all functional tests before acceptance.
Warranty Requirements
The service provider must provide:
- Minimum 90 days warranty on repair work.
