Scope of Work

The selected agency will provide Multi-Tasking Staff for administrative and office-support functions. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Physical maintenance of section records.
  2. General cleanliness and upkeep of the section or unit.
  3. Carrying files and official papers within the building.
  4. Photocopying, fax-related assistance and similar support work.
  5. Non-clerical work in the section or unit.
  6. Assistance in routine office work, including basic computer-related support.
  7. Delivery of dak outside the building.
  8. Watch and ward duties.
  9. Opening and closing of rooms.
  10. Cleaning of rooms, furniture, fixtures and building areas.
  11. Work related to ITI qualifications, wherever applicable.
  12. Driving vehicles, where the deployed person has a valid driving licence.
  13. Upkeep of parks, lawns and potted plants.
  14. Any other work assigned by the superior authority.
