Scope of Work
The scope of work includes civil improvement works for the HS TP Scheme Main Channel Off-take at KM 3.400 under WUA 356, Thotavaripalem of DC51 Chirala. The work is related to irrigation and canal infrastructure improvement and must be executed as per the Andhra Pradesh Standard Specifications, applicable IS specifications, special specifications, drawings, and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligible bidders must meet the following conditions:
- The bidder must be a contractor or contracting firm registered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Contractors registered under Class-IV Civil and above as per G.O.Ms.No.94, I&CAD Department, dated 01 July 2003, are eligible.
- Contractors registered under Class-V Civil and above with the Government of Andhra Pradesh as per G.O.Ms.No.63 dated 13 November 2025 and relevant amendments are also eligible.
- Contractors or firms without the required registration are not eligible to participate.
- The bidder must not have been blacklisted by any department in Andhra Pradesh.
- The bidder must submit valid registration, tax, EMD and other supporting documents through the e-procurement platform.
- False declarations, fake certificates, misleading information, poor performance, abandonment of works, abnormal delays, litigation history, or financial failures may lead to disqualification.

Bid Evaluation and Award Process
The Executive Engineer will open and evaluate the bids online as per the qualification criteria. Documents, certificates, declarations and EMD proof uploaded by the bidders will be verified during technical evaluation. Only technically qualified bidders will be considered for opening of price bids.
The result of technical bid evaluation and price bid opening will be displayed on the e-procurement platform. The tender accepting authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
