Submission Guidelines
Bids must be submitted online through the Uttar Pradesh e-tender portal. The bidder should have valid registration on the portal and a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
The bid must be submitted in two parts:
Part I – Technical Qualification Bid
This part includes qualification documents, proof of tender fee and EMD payment, bidder details, registration certificates, affidavits, turnover certificate, experience certificate, financial documents, equipment details, personnel details, and other supporting documents.
Part II – Financial Bid
This part includes the financial bid and the priced Bill of Quantities. The tender follows a percentage rate method, where bidders quote rates as per the tender format.
Bidders must ensure that the name of the bidder in the bid form matches the name used in the Digital Signature Certificate. All uploaded documents must be duly signed by the bidder or authorized signatory.
