Scope of Work
The scope covers internal electrification and related electrical installation works for the new Agri Development Research cum Training Centre with IT facilities at Hezamara, West Tripura. Based on the BOQ and tender document, the work includes wiring, electrical points, plug points, switches, sockets, distribution boards, MCBs, busbar chambers, LED light fixtures, fans, exhaust fans, earthing, lightning protection, and other associated electrical items required for functional electrification of the facility. The BOQ also includes an IT tool and PVC hollow panel-related items under the price schedule.
Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
Eligible bidders include Central and State Public Sector Undertakings/Enterprises and eligible contractors/firms/private limited firms having relevant experience as per the tender’s eligibility criteria. Bidders must participate through the e-procurement portal and must possess a valid Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Physical submission of bid documents is not permitted.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Tripura e-procurement portal. All required documents must be scanned, digitally signed, and uploaded within the bid submission period. The financial bid must be submitted in the prescribed Macro Enabled MS Excel BOQ format only. The tender clearly states that bidders should not upload a scanned copy of the financial bid in the document library.
The bidder may revise and resubmit the bid any number of times before the final bid submission deadline, and only the latest submitted bid will be considered. Hardcopy submission is not permitted and will not be considered for evaluation.
