Scope of Work

The scope covers restoration and civil construction activities related to the training wall of the Fateghadh Minor Irrigation Scheme. As per Schedule-B, the work includes river care and diversion with dewatering, dismantling of existing stone/brick masonry, excavation in overburden/hard murrum, construction of M-15 controlled cement concrete for the training wall and side wall, fixing of PVC weep holes, laying of graded filters, backfilling, and dry rubble pitching. The Schedule-B total tendered amount is ₹49,56,293.

The attached drawing sheet also shows the plan, cross-section, and elevation details related to the chute fall and silting basin arrangement, indicating the technical layout for execution at the Fateghadh site.

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders must be registered contractors in the appropriate class. The NIT specifies E1 Class & Above contractors in the N.W.R.S.K.D. / R&B Department. Contractors registered with CPWD, Railways, or other State Governments in an equivalent class may participate, subject to registration requirements with the Government of Gujarat before award of contract.

Bidders must submit registration proof, GST number, PAN details, bid document fee, EMD or valid exemption certificate, current calendar year solvency certificate, client certificate, and other documents specified in Section-10 of the Standard Bidding Document.

The SBD also requires bidders to provide qualification information including work experience, methodology, personnel capability, equipment availability, financial position, and litigation history. Financial Criteria
