Scope of Work

The project involves construction of a new Industrial Training Institute building at Fatepura, Dahod, with RCC frame structure and brick masonry. The work includes civil construction, architectural finishes, doors and windows, flooring, plastering, painting, sanitary works, water supply, fire safety, internal road, compound wall and electrification.

Bidders must be registered contractors in Special Category-I Building with “AA” Class in Gujarat R&B / relevant government registration system, or must obtain such registration before award of work. The tender states that joint ventures are not permitted for this work.

Financial Criteria

The tender requires bidders to demonstrate sufficient financial capacity for execution of the project. The SBD and PQ documents specify turnover, liquid assets/credit facility and financial documentation requirements.

Submission Guidelines

Bids must be submitted online through the prescribed e-tendering system. The bid is to be submitted in two parts: Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The technical bid includes bid security, qualification information, supporting documents, certificates and undertakings. The financial bid includes the Form of Bid and priced Bill of Quantities.

Original copies of the Demand Draft for tender fee and FDR / Bank Guarantee / EMD documents must be sent or submitted physically as prescribed, generally through RPAD / Speed Post or to the tender authority within the stipulated timeline. Offers in purely physical form are not accepted, and conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.

Bidders must fill all information strictly in the prescribed format. Blank or insufficient information may be treated as nil information and can lead to disqualification.
