Scope of Work
The selected / empanelled Captive Employer will be responsible for implementing DDU-GKY 2.0 skill training and placement projects in Goa. The broad scope includes:
- Training rural youth in market-relevant job roles.
- Ensuring placement-linked outcomes as per DDU-GKY 2.0 norms.
- Providing employment opportunities to trained candidates.
- Delivering training through eligible and compliant training centres.
- Following DDU-GKY Guidelines, SOPs, notifications, and directions issued by the Ministry of Rural Development and DDU-GKY Goa.
- Supporting inclusive growth by meeting category-wise training targets.
- Ensuring batch-wise implementation and funding compliance as per applicable norms.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply under this EOI, the applicant entity should meet the following eligibility requirements:
- The entity should have been in existence for the past three years.
- Should have valid EPFO / ESIC / Factory Registration Number.
- Should have valid TIN / TAN / GST Number.
- Should have a valid bank account linked with Aadhaar / PAN.
- Should have minimum turnover of ₹25 crore.
- Should have positive net worth in at least two of the last three financial years.
- Should have minimum two years of training experience.
- Should have an existing training centre as per the norms of the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and industry-specified infrastructure.
- Should have provided employment to 500 or more jobs in its own or subsidiary agencies / companies during the last three years from the date of application.
- Manpower-supplying companies are not eligible.
