Scope of Work
The scope of work covers the AMC and maintenance of UPS systems installed at Deluxe Building, Sector-9, Chandigarh. The work includes:

Other Key Contract Conditions
The successful bidder must ensure timely and satisfactory maintenance of the UPS systems. In case of minor faults, if downtime exceeds 3 hours, recovery may be made at ₹500 per hour up to 8 hours. For major faults, the firm must provide substitute equipment for smooth functioning of the system.
The firm must maintain a local office around Chandigarh with telephone facility, adequate spare parts and maintenance staff at its own cost. No living accommodation or storage space will be provided by the department. The work will be governed by CPWD specifications and applicable tender conditions.
