Scope of Work
The tender covers electrical infrastructure work for the District Court Complex Building, Jharsuguda, specifically involving:
Replacement of the existing 250 kVA transformer and upgradation to a 500 kVA transformer.
The work is intended to strengthen the electrical load capacity and reliability of the court complex infrastructure. The contract period for completing the work is 2 months from the applicable commencement date.
Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Criteria
Eligible bidders should be contractors registered with the State Government or contractors of equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government, MES, Railways, or other eligible authorities for execution of electrical works. The successful bidder who is not registered with the Odisha State PWD must register in the appropriate class before signing the agreement.
Bidders must also have:
- Valid contractor registration certificate.
- Valid GSTIN / GST registration details.
- PAN card.
- Compatible Class II or Class III Digital Signature Certificate.
- CDMS registration, failing which the tender may be rejected.
- MOU with electrical contractor, along with the electrical contractor’s registration number, GSTIN and PAN, wherever applicable.
