Scope of Work

The successful bidder must ensure timely and satisfactory maintenance of the UPS systems. In case of minor faults, if downtime exceeds 3 hours, recovery may be made at ₹500 per hour up to 8 hours. For major faults, the firm must provide substitute equipment for smooth functioning of the system.
The firm must maintain a local office around Chandigarh with telephone facility, adequate spare parts and maintenance staff at its own cost.
