Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for providing training venue, catering, audio-visual arrangements and accommodation support for KSAPS training programmes.
Key Service Requirements
The scope includes:
- Training venue for one-day training programmes
- Conference hall for approximately 50 participants
- Breakfast, two high-tea/snack sessions and lunch
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food arrangements as specified
- Audio-visual support including laptop, projector, screen, cordless microphones and podium microphone
- Dais/platform with chairs and table arrangement
- Registration desk
- Fresh-up rooms for outstation participants, where required
- Residential training venue
- Conference hall for approximately 50 participants

The purchaser may increase or decrease the ordered quantity based on programme requirements, and service delivery will be as per KSAPS supply/work orders.
Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders should meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Bidder should be a person, company or entity having its own facility for providing training venue, food and accommodation services.
- The bidder should not be blacklisted or declared ineligible by any State/Central Government authority.
- Bidder must submit valid statutory documents including GST, PAN, food licence and registration documents.
- Bidder must quote for all applicable tender items as per Annexure III.
- Bidder must submit the bid digitally through the Karnataka e-Procurement portal.
- All uploaded documents should be clear, legible and relevant to the quoted services.
- The bidder must submit an affidavit confirming compliance with tender conditions and non-blacklisting status.
