Scope of Work
The work covers maintenance and civil improvement works at the Tripura State Forest Academy, Hatipara, Agartala. As per the Bill of Quantities and contract payment schedule, the scope includes:
- Earth work, PCC work, RCC work and brick work
- Steel, aluminium, wood and PVC works
- Flooring, plastering, finishing and painting works
- Roofing, false ceiling, wall paneling, waterproofing and rehabilitation works
- Sanitary and water supply works
- Supply of all construction materials including cement and steel as per technical specifications
The BoQ states that the quantities are approximate and intended to help bidders quote a lump-sum price; no variation in lump-sum cost is acceptable except for extra items ordered by the Engineer.

Tender Fee and EMD

Submission Guidelines
- Bidders must register on the Tripura e-procurement portal and use a valid Class 2/Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate. The bid must be submitted in two parts: Technical Part and Financial Part. Both parts must be uploaded online before the deadline. Any bid or modification received outside the e-procurement system will not be considered, and late submission is not allowed by the portal.
