Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for arranging and managing the complete exposure visit / study tour from Harohalli to Indore and return. The services include air travel, local AC coach transport, accommodation, meals, training materials, entry charges, internal transport and tour management support. Tender Fee and EMD

Payment and Contract Conditions

Payment will be released only after successful completion of the exposure tour and submission of required supporting documents such as travel completion report, photos of the study tour, final bills, attendance / participation list and any other documents requested by the department. The successful agency must make arrangements such as travel booking, hotel reservation, food coordination and training materials within 5 days from the date of award.

The department reserves the right to cancel the work order, forfeit EMD / PBG, blacklist the agency or take action under applicable rules in case of poor performance, fake documents, substandard services, unsafe arrangements, delay or breach of tender conditions.
