Pre-Qualification Criteria Scope of Work
The selected agencies will be responsible for implementing training and placement-linked skilling programmes for rural youth in Tripura under DDU-GKY 2.0. The training must be conducted strictly as per the DDU-GKY guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Preference will be given to short-term, demand-driven courses with strong placement potential in sectors such as:
Agencies must also ensure placement linkage through valid Letters of Intent with companies or industries. Out of the total target, 20% of candidates shall be trained under the Captive Employment category. Captive Employers with PRN and in-house manpower requirements are encouraged to apply.

Submission Guidelines Interested PIAs must apply through the integrated portal of the Ministry of Rural Development at kaushal.rural.gov.in. Applications must be submitted along with the required non-refundable initial screening fee. Applicants are advised to carefully read and understand the DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines and SOP before applying. The State Project Approval Committee may shortlist or reject applications, and its decision regarding target allocation will be final and binding.
