Scope of Work
The selected service provider is required to arrange and deliver an online certification course from an elite global university. The course should focus on Designing and Building AI Products and Services and must be delivered online.
The training should be hosted through a Learning Management System chosen by the university or partner. The LMS should provide online lectures, quizzes, assignments, discussion forums, and learner support features.
The university or authorised partner will be responsible for:
- Development and delivery of updated course content aligned with industry standards.
- Delivery by qualified faculty members or industry experts.
- Basic learner support through LMS, Q&A forums, and email support for technical issues.
- Assessment through exams, projects, assignments, or other suitable evaluation methods.
- Issuance of digital certificates after successful completion.
- Certificate association with an elite global university.
- Sharing reports on learner enrolment, completion rate, and learner feedback.
Course Topics / Learning Outcomes
The online course should cover the following areas:
- Introduction to the Artificial Intelligence design process
- Artificial Intelligence technology fundamentals – Machine Learning
- Artificial Intelligence technology fundamentals – Deep Learning
- Designing artificial machines to solve problems
- Generative AI
- Designing intelligent Human-Computer Interaction
- Superminds: designing organisations that combine artificial and human intelligence
- Marketplace frontiers of AI design – research
- Marketplace frontiers of AI design – practice
Eligibility Criteria
The bidder should be an eligible GeM-registered service provider or training institute capable of providing online professional training services. The training partner should be able to arrange certification from an elite global university and provide evidence of authorisation, course credentials, and required certifications.
The bidder must have relevant experience in similar professional training services. The document requires past experience of similar services and a minimum experience period of 1 year.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Bidders should meet the following pre-qualification requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of past experience in same or similar services.
- Past experience of similar services is required.
- Similar services should have been provided to a Central Government organisation, State Government organisation, or PSU.
- Bidder must submit documentary evidence such as contracts or work orders.
- The bidder must upload all documents requested in the bid document, ATC, and corrigendum, if any.
- OEM authorisation certificate and OEM annual turnover details are required as per the document list.
- The bidder should comply with GeM General Terms and Conditions and applicable labour laws.
Financial Criteria
The bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 lakh during the last 3 financial years.
Documentary evidence may include:
- Certified audited balance sheets for the relevant period; or
- Certificate from a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant showing turnover details.
If the bidder’s incorporation is less than 3 years old, the average turnover for completed financial years after incorporation will be considered.
Minimum Experience Requirement
The bidder must have successfully executed similar services in the current financial year and the last three financial years, ending March prior to bid opening, as per one of the following conditions:
