Scope of Work
The project aims to strengthen teacher capacity in government schools through structured interventions:
  1. Teacher training on FLN pedagogy (literacy & numeracy)
  2. Classroom mentoring, coaching, and monitoring
  3. Development of training modules aligned with NEP 2020
  4. Baseline, midline, and endline assessments
  5. Community engagement and stakeholder mobilization
  6. Creation of Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs)
  7. Data-driven instruction and evaluation systems
  8. Building a sustainable model with master trainers
The interventions will be implemented in remote, tribal, and underserved districts across states like Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and West Bengal.

Experience Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in:
    1. Teacher capacity building
    2. FLN interventions in government schools
  2. Must have worked with 100–300 government school teachers
  3. Experience in tribal/remote/underserved regions
  4. Proven impact on student learning outcomes

  1. Proven expertise in:
    1. Pedagogy and training module development
    2. Monitoring & evaluation (MEL systems)
    3. Government collaboration (e.g., NIPUN Bharat, Samagra Shiksha)
  2. Demonstrated ability to:
