Tender Description The SBI Foundation (SBIF) seeks proposals from eligible organizations to manage the SBIF ACE-Para Athlete Sports Scholarship (PASS) program. Pre-Qualification Criteria
Scope of Work
  1. Development and management of an online scholarship management system.  
  2. Outreach and mobilization to raise awareness about the scholarship.  
  3. Promotion of the scholarship program through various media.  
  4. Management of the entire application process, including online forms, applicant support, and document verification.  
  5. Athlete selection, shortlisting, and onboarding.  
  6. Scholar tracking and reporting.  

Pre-qualification Criteria

  1. The agency must be a registered non-profit organization/trust/society in India.  
  2. The agency should have its own scholarship management application/dashboard and expertise in managing scholarships.  
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in executing scholarship management projects.  
  4. The agency must not have been blacklisted by any Government Agency/PSU/Central/State agency.  
  5. The agency must submit audited annual financials and other required documents.  

Eligibility Criteria for SBIF ACE - PASS (for Athletes)

  1. Applicant must be an Indian citizen and have represented their state or India in national or international competitions.  
  2. Applicant must be ranked within the top 20 in international rankings or top 10 in national rankings.  
  3. Rankings in the senior category will be considered.  
  4. Specific sports are selected from the Paralympic Games.  
  5. Age limit: 35 years at the time of application.  
  6. The applicant should not be employed or receiving a scholarship from any other organization.  
Financial Criteria
  1. The budget for a proposal should not be more than Rs. 15.00 Lakhs for a support period of 1 year.  
  2. The agency should have managed a scholarship corpus of at least INR 5.00 crores so far.  
  3. The cumulative annual revenue of the organization for the last 3 financial years should be at least Rs. 2.00 Crores.
