Scope of Work The work involves providing basic facilities in VPC No. 516/A at Shegunashi Village, Athani Taluka, Belagavi District. The BOQ indicates civil and building-related works including excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, UPVC windows, wood frames and shutters, MS grills, water closet installation, water tank installation, CPVC piping, granite flooring, stainless steel railing and related building improvement works. Pre-Qualification Criteria The tender follows a tender-capacity-based qualification approach. Financial Criteria The document requires an Annual Turnover Certificate of ₹16.87 lakh for 2021-22 to 2025-26 and a similar nature of work done certificate of ₹8.44 lakh.
