The selected implementation agency will broadly be responsible for:

1. Skill Development and Capacity Building of tribal youth.
2. Employment and Self-Employment promotion.
3. Livelihood enhancement initiatives.
4. Millet-based livelihood generation through processing/value addition.
5. Kadaknath poultry farming training and livelihood promotion.
6. Entrepreneurship development.
7. Market linkage and value chain support.
8. Preparation and execution of project implementation plans.
9. Beneficiary mobilization and training.
10. Monitoring, reporting and successful project implementation.
11. Any additional livelihood generation proposals approved by the department.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested organizations should satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed in the bid document, including:

1. Experience in executing similar vocational training/skill development projects.
2. Capability to implement large-scale livelihood programmes.
3. Technical qualification under QCBS evaluation.
