The selected training agency will be responsible for:

1. Conducting offline Safety & Emergency Response Training.
2. Delivering structured training programmes during weekdays.
3. Providing qualified trainers and required training resources.
4. Completing all training assignments during the contract period.
5. Complying with all GeM service conditions and buyer-specific Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC).

The supplementary qualification document also specifies trainer qualifications and operational expectations for safety/self-defence training, including experience, trainer certifications, and deployment requirements.

Eligibility & Pre-Qualification Criteria
