Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

1. Designing and upgrading bilingual training materials.
2. Conducting 125 hours of Self Defence and Student Wellness training.
3. Mental Health counselling sessions.
4. Participant mobilization.
5. Daily refreshments for trainees.
6. Supplying training kits and learning materials.
7. Certification through the competent authority.
8. Organizing practical and participatory learning sessions.
9. Venue management and audio-visual arrangements.
10. Deployment of dedicated coordinators during training.
11. Attendance management.
12. Geo-tagged photographs and documentation.
13. Feedback collection.
14. Progress reporting.
15. Digital and physical documentation.
16. Uploading training data on designated MIS Portal.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should satisfy the following:

1. Registered Trust/Society/Agency before 31 March 2025
2. Should not be blacklisted
3. No pending litigation
4. Minimum turnover as prescribed
5. Experience of similar Government training project
6. Valid GST
7. PAN
8. NGO Darpan (where applicable)
9. 12A / 80G (for NGOs where applicable)
10. Minimum one Social Sector Expert having five years' experience
11. ISO 9001
12. ISO 45001:2018
13. CVC Certification

Financial Eligibility

According to the GeM bid:

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹50 Lakhs (last three financial years)
2. Experience: Minimum 2 Years
3. Similar Government assignments mandatory
4. Estimated Bid Value: ₹1,00,00,000
5. EMD: ₹1,00,000

Experience Requirement

The bidder should have:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Experience in providing similar services to Central Government, State Government or PSU.
3. Successful execution of similar assignments during the last three financial years.

The bidder should have completed:

1. Three similar works costing at least 40% of estimated value, or
2. Two similar works of higher prescribed value (as per GeM criteria).
