Scope of Work

The selected training organization shall:

1. Conduct Advanced ASP.NET classroom training.
2. Deliver training offline at the buyer's premises.
3. Provide Instructor-led classroom sessions.
4. Conduct training on weekdays.
5. Deliver approximately 5 hours of training per day.
6. Train 15 participants in one batch.
7. Complete approximately 14 training days.
8. Issue Participation Certificates.
9. Deploy qualified trainers and training resources.
10. Comply with all buyer-specific ATC requirements.

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should satisfy the following:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in similar IT training services.
2. Experience of providing similar services to Central Government, State Government, PSU, Defence, or Academic Institutions.
3. Recognized or affiliated with:
   1. University
   2. Government-approved Educational Institution
   3. Scientific Society
   4. Central Government IT Training Agency
4. Must be NCVET-recognized Awarding & Assessment Body.
5. Must possess ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
6. Must have successfully executed Government IT training assignments.
7. Buyer-specific ATC additionally asks for institutional capability including high-value Government training experience.

Financial Eligibility

The GeM bid specifies:

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover:
   1. ₹15 Lakhs (standard bid criterion)

Additionally, the Buyer Added ATC requires:

1. Average institutional training turnover of approximately ₹1 Crore during the last three financial years.
2. At least one Government training order worth ₹1 Crore or above. This appears as an additional buyer-specific condition and should be carefully reviewed before bidding.
