Scope of Work

The selected organization shall be responsible for:

1. Conducting Women's Self Defence Training programmes across Amreli district.
2. Deploying qualified and experienced trainers.
3. Providing practical demonstrations and safety awareness sessions.
4. Coordinating with schools, colleges and police authorities.
5. Organizing batches according to approved schedules.
6. Maintaining attendance records and participant databases.
7. Submitting photographs, videos and progress reports.
8. Ensuring quality training standards throughout the project.
9. Completing all training within prescribed timelines.
10. Supporting inauguration and closing programmes wherever required.

Additional bid-specific conditions require agencies to provide trained instructors, maintain documentation, coordinate with police stations, ensure participant safety, and submit completion reports and photographs.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies should satisfy the following:

1. Registered legal entity.
2. Experience in similar training programmes.
3. Minimum three years of experience.
4. Valid PAN.
5. GST Registration.
6. Required statutory registrations.
7. Experience in conducting women's safety, sports or self-defence programmes.
8. Capability to deploy qualified trainers.
9. Compliance with GeM requirements.

The Gujarati eligibility document further specifies experience in similar activities, Gujarat registration, statutory compliances, and trainer qualifications.

Financial Eligibility

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹3 Lakh
2. Turnover verification during technical evaluation.
3. Estimated Bid Value: ₹7,00,000
4. EMD: ₹21,000
5. ePBG: 5%
6. ePBG Validity: 12 Months

Technical Qualification

The bidder should possess:

1. Similar project experience
2. Qualified trainers
3. Organizational capability
4. Required statutory registrations
5. Necessary infrastructure for conducting district-level training
