Scope of Work

The selected contractor will execute the complete refurbishment of the Squadron Briefing Room (approximately 396 sq. ft.) on a turnkey basis including supply, installation, transportation, labour, testing and commissioning.

The work broadly includes:

14. Quality assurance using IS-standard materials

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should satisfy the following conditions:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in similar services.
2. Minimum Average Annual Turnover of ₹3 Lakhs during the last three financial years.
3. Experience in fabrication and installation of similar prefabricated/interior projects.
4. Registered office at consignee location.
5. Valid GST Registration.
6. PAN Card.
7. Cancelled Cheque.
8. EFT Mandate.
9. Acceptance of bid conditions.
10. Acceptance of scope of work.
11. No warning letter or unsatisfactory performance certificate issued by any Naval Establishment.
12. Compliance with Central and State Government statutory provisions.

MSEs and Startups are eligible for relaxation in turnover and experience criteria as applicable under GeM.

Indian Navy Floats GeM Tender for Refurbishment of Squadron Briefing Room at INAS 335

The Indian Navy has invited online bids through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) for the refurbishment of the Squadron Briefing Room at INAS 335 under the Ministry of Defence. The project is designed to modernize operational infrastructure and create a technologically advanced briefing environment to support operational planning, mission briefings, and personnel training.

The selected contractor will undertake a complete turnkey refurbishment of the existing briefing room, including interior renovation, installation of protective wall panelling, custom display systems, emergency information boards, storage cabinets, utility shelving, electrical improvements, concealed wiring, finishing works, and overall restoration of the facility.
