ISRO Releases GeM Tender for Spring Boot, Django and React JS Training Services

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), through its Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), Bengaluru, has invited bids from qualified training organizations to conduct professional online training programs on Spring 5, Spring Boot, Django, and React JS under GeM Tender No. GEM/2026/B/7819418.

The initiative is aimed at strengthening the software development capabilities of technical professionals through structured, hands-on learning delivered in virtual mode. The training program will span 13 days and cover modern Java enterprise development, web application development, REST APIs, Spring Security, React JS, and Django frameworks.

The selected training provider will be responsible for delivering instructor-led sessions, providing virtual laboratory access, supplying digital course material, recording all training sessions for six months of post-training access, and offering technical support for three months after completion.

The tender specifies that bidders should possess prior experience in conducting similar training programs for ISRO centres or other Central Government organizations and demonstrate expertise in delivering advanced software development training to reputed organizations.

To encourage wider participation, Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and recognized Startups are eligible for relaxation in experience and turnover requirements, subject to submission of valid supporting documents.

The bid has been floated through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal with a minimum average annual turnover requirement of ₹2 lakh and three years of relevant experience. No Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) is required, making the opportunity accessible for qualified training providers.
