Scope of Work

The selected agency will undertake refurbishment of the Electronic Learning and Training Bay (ELTB) Lab at NBCD School, including:

1. Complete removal and replacement of workstation top laminations (8 Nos.)
2. Replacement of frosted partition glass panels (5 Nos.)
3. Replacement of workstation keyboard tray channels (10 Pairs)
4. Transportation, installation and completion of all refurbishment activities
5. Delivery and completion within 30 days from the effective date of contract
6. Compliance with all Scope of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreement (SLA), and GeM terms & conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder should:

1. Have prior experience in similar refurbishment/maintenance services.
2. Not have been blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization.
3. Have an operational office within the State of Consignee (documentary proof required).
4. Attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting (non-attendance leads to technical disqualification).
5. Submit all documents requested in the ATC and GeM bid.
6. Not be under liquidation, bankruptcy or court receivership.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Mandatory qualification includes:

1. Similar work experience.
2. Office within Maharashtra (State of Consignee).
3. Acceptance of all SOW conditions.
