The appointed consultancy firm shall be responsible for:

1. Review existing documents and management systems.
2. Conduct Gap Analysis against ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
3. Recommend improvements in existing administrative processes.
4. Develop complete Quality Management System documentation.
5. Prepare department-wise documentation.
6. Conduct ISO awareness workshops for ESIC employees.
7. Train Internal Quality Auditors.
8. Prepare audit reports and documentation.
9. Coordinate external certification audits.
10. Assist during surveillance audits.
11. Support implementation of corrective actions.
12. Ensure successful ISO Certification.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

The bidder should:

• Have prior experience in providing similar consultancy services.
• Have successfully executed similar assignments for Central Government, State Government or PSU organizations.
• Upload documentary evidence supporting previous contracts.
• Meet GeM eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder must possess:

3. Successful completion of similar Government/PSU projects.

Past performance requirement:

Any one of the following:

1. Three similar completed works costing at least 40% of estimated cost; OR
2. Two similar completed works costing at least 50% of estimated cost; OR
3. One similar completed work costing at least 80% of estimated cost.
