Scope of Work

The selected consultant shall:

1. Provide complete consultancy for ISO 14001:2026 implementation.
2. Conduct ISO 14001 Awareness Training.
3. Conduct Internal Auditor Training.
4. Prepare EMS documentation.
5. Visit BDL units located at:
   1. Kanchanbagh
   2. Bhanur
   3. Visakhapatnam
6. Provide ISO 14001:2026 standard copies and training material.
7. Deploy certified Lead Auditors.
8. Assist BDL until implementation activities are completed.
9. Conduct activities only after written communication from Corporate Quality Control (QC).

The consultant is required to complete scheduled training within 15 days from BDL's communication, failing which liquidated damages of 1% per week (maximum 10%) may apply.

Pre-Qualification / Technical Eligibility

Interested consultancy firms must satisfy the following:

1. Minimum 5 years of operation in India.
2. Valid business registration certificate.
3. ISO 14001:2026 Lead Auditor certification from IRCA.
4. List of proposed Lead Auditors.
5. Experience of consultancy/training for at least two manufacturing organizations for ISO 14001:2026.
6. Documentary proof such as work orders and certificates.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should:

1. Be legally registered consultancy firms.
2. Have prior experience in ISO Environmental Management Systems.
3. Possess qualified Lead Auditors.
4. Agree to all GeM General Terms & Conditions.
5. Submit all mandatory supporting documents.
6. Comply with BDL security and contractual requirements.

Financial Criteria
