Scope of Work

The selected Training Provider will be responsible for the complete implementation of the residential training programme including:

  1. Candidate mobilization and counselling
  2. Online registration through KMDCL Portal
  3. Orientation programmes
  4. Conducting 350 hours of classroom-based CLAUDE AI training
  5. Residential accommodation
  6. Food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  7. Hostel management
  8. Training infrastructure
  9. Assessment coordination through C-DAC
  10. Certification
  11. Industry projects
  12. Soft Skills Training
  13. Career Guidance
  14. Placement Support
  15. Attendance management through biometric system
  16. Reporting to KMDCL

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Interested Training Providers must satisfy the following mandatory requirements:

  1. Registered Office in Karnataka
  2. GST Registration
  3. PAN Registration
  4. Registered Company (Private/Public Limited/Partnership)
  5. Minimum Annual Turnover of ₹1.95 Crore in each of the last three financial years
  6. Trained minimum 250 candidates in Karnataka under Government Future Skill Projects
  7. Registered with SIDH or Karnataka Skill Development Corporation
  8. Minimum five registered Training Centres in Karnataka
  9. Technology Partner of a Government Research/Scientific Organisation
  10. Executed training programmes with the partner organization during the last three years
  11. Successfully executed minimum two Government Skill Projects including residential hostel facilities
  12. Should not be blacklisted by any Government department
  13. Mandatory technical presentation before evaluation committee

Karnataka KMDCL Invites Training Providers for ₹97.50 Lakh CLAUDE AI Future Skills Project in Bengaluru

The Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation Limited (KMDCL) has invited online bids from eligible Training Providers for implementing an Industry Ready Future Skills Training Programme in CLAUDE AI aimed at enhancing employability among minority engineering graduates in Bengaluru.

The project, estimated at ₹97.50 lakh, seeks to train 75 minority candidates through a comprehensive 350-hour residential programme covering advanced AI technologies, Prompt Engineering, Code Generation using Claude AI, AI Chatbots, project-based learning, soft skills, aptitude, career guidance, and placement support. Training will be conducted completely offline with boarding and lodging facilities, and assessment and certification will be carried out by C-DAC.

KMDCL intends to appoint an experienced Project Implementation Agency capable of handling end-to-end execution, including candidate mobilization, counselling, registration, classroom delivery, hostel management, assessment coordination, certification support, and placement assistance.

The tender adopts the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology with an 80:20 technical and financial evaluation ratio. Only bidders achieving the prescribed technical qualifying score will proceed to financial evaluation.

To participate, agencies must maintain a registered office in Karnataka, possess GST and PAN registrations, demonstrate an annual turnover of at least ₹1.95 crore for the previous three financial years, and have substantial experience implementing Government-sponsored Future Skills projects in Karnataka. Additional eligibility includes registration with the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) or Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, operation of at least five training centres in Karnataka, partnerships with Government scientific or research organisations, and proven experience delivering residential skill development programmes.

Training providers with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Future Skills, and Government-funded skilling programmes are encouraged to evaluate the tender carefully and prepare competitive technical proposals.
