Scope of Work

The selected Implementation Agency will be responsible for implementing the Non-Farm Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) for SHG members under BTC.

Eligibility Criteria

The bidder should have implemented a skill-development-related project valued at more than ₹1 Crore under any department of BTC in at least one of the following financial years:

1. FY 2023-24
2. FY 2024-25
3. FY 2025-26

Relevant work orders or documentary evidence from the Government authority must be submitted.

6. Non-Blacklisting Declaration

The bidder must not have been blacklisted by any State Government or Central Government agency, or corporations governed by them.

A self-declaration on the organization's letterhead is required.

7. No Fraudulent Activities

The bidder must not have been involved in fraudulent activities and must submit a self-declaration on the organization's letterhead.

Technical Qualification & Evaluation

The RFP provides for technical evaluation out of 100 marks. The technical bid will be reviewed for eligibility and compliance with the RFP's terms, technical requirements and scope of work.
