Important Document Observation: Completion Date

There is a date inconsistency within the RFP that bidders should verify from the official tender portal before relying on it.

The tender is explicitly issued for FY 2026-27, and the RFP issue date is September 2026. However, the tender-value table on page 3 states the period of completion as “31st March, 2026.”

Elsewhere, the RFP states that the programme is for FY 2026-27 and that the expected start date would be in the same project cycle for FY 2026-27.

Accordingly, SkillCouncils.com should not silently change the date. A suitable public-facing note is:

Editor's Note: The RFP contains a date inconsistency regarding the completion period. While the tender is for FY 2026-27 and was issued in September 2026, the tender-value table mentions 31 March 2026 as the completion date. Bidders are advised to verify the latest official tender documents/corrigenda on Assam Tenders before submitting their bids.
